Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary because of weather, peak seasons, and carrier operations.
- major urban areas: 3 to 10 business days,
- remote regions: 7 to 20 business days,
- some products shipped by external partners may require additional time.
4. Shipping fees
Free shipping is available from CAD 140 before taxes, unless otherwise stated for specific products or areas.

6. Shipping responsibility
Once the package is handed to the carrier, TOUSKI is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, carriers, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
